Tech-Healthy Parent Workshop to Be Held December 9

The Weld RE-4 School District will host the Project Reboot parent workshop, “Keys to Building a Tech-Healthy Household,” from 7 - 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9, in the Windsor High School Auditorium.
This interactive session will give parents research-backed strategies for helping kids build healthier relationships with their devices and restoring more balance at home. Speaker Dino Ambrosi will cover:
Tech Addiction: Why it happens and how it can be overcome
How to Discuss Screen Time: Conversations with kids (without eyerolling)
Practical Tips: Maintain balanced relationships with technology
The session includes a 60-minute presentation followed by 30 minutes of Q&A, and all attendees will receive take-home resources and dinner table discussion guides to help keep the conversation going.
The Project Reboot team invites parents to complete a two-minute Parent Questionnaire (Spanish) to help tailor the session to the needs and challenges of your family.
This parent workshop is made possible through funding from the Weld RE-4 Education Foundation, and is part of our device-free-district initiative.
